Meet Your Host

Andrew Naudin has spent his career as a professional salesperson, and now he is asking the question "are you listening to or listening too?" With a varied background of industry exposures, from hospitality and culinary to events and software development, Andrew is expert on encouraging engagement and strategic communication. He enjoys helping people and/or businesses foster creativity, promote innovation, and collaboration.
Upon moving to Leander in 2018, he has been involved in the local community with efforts to promote Economic Development, Citizen Engagement and Local Action. Andrew is also involved in efforts to create awareness, education, and action in Leander to drive diversity, equity and inclusion and eliminate discrimination based on: race, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion or belief system, age, marital status, socio-economic status, disability, ethnicity, political affiliation, or other characteristics. Because community is built by many, trust is built by all.
In 2021 he created the non-partisan effort Vote In Leander to inform and increase local voter turnout and is committed to active efforts to build consensus amongst stakeholders, whether they be individuals, businesses or local government.
Beyond Andrew’s professional and community based work, he is an avid supporter of soccer and the Houston Dynamo (although awaiting the debut of Austin FC) and Newcastle United (it's a good story, ask). As a former DJ, he is always on the hunt for classic vinyl as well as interesting new music. Born in Texas he loves the stars at night, because they are big and bright, the idea of space travel, and exercising his culinary skill for a few close friends.
